 Role Description: Big Tent Coalition (BTC) seeks a proactive and motivated Field Manager to support the District Manager and our team in revolutionizing the political landscape of Illinois. Our ideal candidate is a someone looking to develop their professional skills and learn the political process - ranging from superior data analysis to advancing intelligent political discourse through strategic door-to-door campaigning.

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the District Manager to identify and recruit interns, fostering a diverse and skilled team to support campaign initiatives. 
• Assist in organizing and mobilizing volunteers, ensuring seamless integration into campaign activities. 
• Help generate detailed weekly progress reports for regional managers, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and strategies. 
• Oversee inventory for campaign materials, including literature, signs, and office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient distribution. 
• Provide operational support to streamline campaign activities and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
